About the Owner
Gulfside Commercial Flooring was founded on decades of hands-on construction experience combined with modern systems thinking. The company’s owner comes from a family rooted in the tile, stone, and construction trades dating back to the 1970s, spanning tile sales and installation, as well as granite and marble fabrication for commercial and residential projects.
She joined the family business at a young age, gaining early exposure to jobsite realities, materials, and the importance of doing work the right way. In her early career, she owned and operated a commercial flooring company in the Northeast from 2009 to 2012 before transitioning into the technology sector, where she has spent the past 15 years as a full-stack software engineer.
With college degrees in engineering science and biochemistry, she brings a rare combination of construction expertise, analytical problem-solving, and process-driven execution. Today, Gulfside Commercial Flooring reflects the intersection of three industries: construction, engineering, and technology, resulting in precise bidding, organized project management, and professional jobsite execution.
This unique background allows Gulfside to operate not just as a flooring subcontractor, but as a reliable, systems-oriented partner for general contractors throughout Southwest Florida.
